In order to ensure the smoothness of the vehicle, many excavators have abnormally wide tires and adopt the track rolling method to ensure the forward or backward movement of the vehicle. However, when we use excavators, we often find such problems, that is, its track is prone to deviant problems, which brings great danger and even leads to overturning. So why does the excavator track have a deviant problem?
Because the four wheels of the excavator are not in the same plane, the track is off-track
At this time, it means that there is a problem with the excavator idler and it needs to be replaced in time. Because only the excavator idler can move forward and backward in the four wheels (excavator idler, undercarriage rollers, drive sprocket, carrier roller), the wear of the active part and the wear of the central shaft of the excavator idler will cause the guide wheel to swing left and right, causing the track to deviate.
Second, because the track is too loose, resulting in track transgression
The tension cylinder pushes the guide wheel to adjust the tightness of the track, and the tension cylinder is pushed by the butter gun to adjust the tightness of the track, but many times the track will not adjust the tightness. If the excavator accessory chain rail pin sleeve wears through, the pin sleeve of each section must be replaced. But now it seems that few people now use the "pressure rail" method to replace the pin sleeve, more is to directly replace the chain rail.
Third, the chain guard plate wear, caused by the track deviant
If you compare the undercarriage of the excavator and the bulldozer, you will find that some places are different, even if the bulldozer track is very loose and rarely drop the chain, it is because the bulldozer chain guard plate is a whole piece from the drive to the excavator idler, and all the excavator track roller are wrapped inside, and the excavator has only two small chain guard plates, one in the middle of the undercarriage track rollers position, one in the excavator idler position. Once the chain guard plate is worn, the chain rail is easy to slide outside the chain guard plate, causing the track to deviate. At this time, it is necessary to repair or replace the chain guard.
