When the furnace Hitachi crawler bottom rolls are bent, the elevation of each roller table will not be on the same reference line, resulting in uneven load of each roller table, causing individual roller table overload, cracking or breaking of the roller table. At the same time, bending the roll will cause the steel plate to deviate.
1. Long stop
Long-term stoppage will cause the bottom roller of the furnace Hitachi crawler crane to bend. The reasons for the stoppage are large-scale power outages, coupling fractures, and insufficient lubrication.
2. Overload
Continuous production of thick plates exceeding the design thickness specification will cause the bottom roller of the furnace Hitachi crawler crane to bend. Such problems are prone to occur in the continuous production of thick plates with a thickness of more than 100mm.
Treatment of bending rolls:
When a large-scale power outage causes the furnace Hitachi crawler bottom roller to stop rotating, personnel must be arranged to manually pan the furnace Hitachi crawler bottom roller. During the daily inspection, pay attention to whether the coupling bolts are loose, whether the coupling itself is cracked, and whether the lubricant is in place. In addition, avoid overloading.
